Yes, Crossbeats can be used with Android / iPhone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices. However, some features like Siri and automatic switching between Apple devices may not be available when using them with non-Apple devices.
What should I do if my Makpower Crossbeats won't connect to my device?
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Place the Crossbeats back in the charging case, close the lid, and wait for 15 seconds.
Open the lid and press the setup button on the back of the case until the status light flashes white.
Try reconnecting to your device.
If the issue persists, reset your Crossbeats by holding the setup button until the light flashes amber, then white again.
Can I use only one Crossbeats at a time?
