Cancellation
At MAK POWER, we value your decision to cancel your order. However, we request you to initiate the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, preferably before it has been shipped as this helps us simplify the process.
To initiate cancellation, please contact our customer service, we are available Monday to Saturday, between 10 AM to 6 PM. Call us at +1800-121-4520 or write to us via support@makpowerindia.com
Once you contact our team for cancellation, your order will be cancelled and a gift card of product value will be issued within 24 to 48 hours. You are requested to redeem the gift card within 1 year from the date of receiving.
Although we appreciate cancellations before shipment, we welcome your cancellations after shipment as well.
If the order you want to cancel has been shipped but not delivered, we request you to contact our customer service team within 48 hours of ordering it.
We will then confirm the cancellation and issue a gift card of product value instead, deducting the courier and shipment charges of flat βΉ70. You are requested to redeem the gift card within 1 year from the date of receiving.

Repairment & Refund
Step 1 - Please contact our customer service via call, email, or whatsApp us directly via the customer support section on our website.
Step 2 - You might be requested to share images and videos of the product along with order details, please feel free to contact us in case of confusion.
Step 3 - Once we receive all the necessary information, we'll pick up the products within 4-5 business days.
Step 4 - To facilitate a smoother repair, we are required to run a quick check to see if the received products are in appropriate condition. Once confirmed, weβll initiate a swift repair.
Step 5 - In case of manufacturing defects, weβll confirm the claim through images and videos shared with us and initiate a refund.
All our products are thoroughly checked before leaving the warehouse. However, in case you receive a wrong MAK POWER product, we take complete liability and welcome your request for a replacement.
Please note that the replacement of the product might be delayed depending on stock availability.
If the item wasnβt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Warranty
When we receive your product under warranty, it might get minor scratches and dents while undergoing repair. Although we do understand that it can leave appearance related concerns, we request your understanding as this is part of the repairing process.
To claim your warranty, a 360Β° handover video of the product at the time of pickup and an unboxing clip are requested from you. Please understand that in the absence of supporting documentation [photos/videos], we cannot move forward with the warranty repairment process
Shipping & Delivery Information
At MAK POWER Β weβre committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. All orders placed on www.makpowerindia.com are shipped free of charge mostly on prepaid orders. COD orders has a surcharge fee depending on the zone.
