REPLACEMENGT POLICY

  • The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
  • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
  • Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The replacement and return is initiated by sending a request email to info@makpowerindia.com along with the following details:
    10 Images of the products which you have received (top, bottom and side). Label need to clearly visible.
    Order No.- Reason of your replace
    Above required details are mandatory for replace. Without these details your request can not be processed
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once Our team has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by Us.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories has to be intact.
  • For Warranty Products, Bill & Invoices are mandatory, Although the one side shipping will be borne by customer himself.
  • We would request our patrons to avoid sending us any used product for exchange/return request as it will be considered as invalid and the customer will have to borne the to and fro courier cost.

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:
  • Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product.
  • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
